　　1. there be 句型和 have/has 的区别：

　　there be 句型表示“某地有某物”，have/has 表示“拥有”;

　　there 与 have/has 不能共存。

　　2. there be 句型的就近原则：

　　be 动词要和最靠近它的主语在数上保持一致

　　3. there be 句型的时态：

　　(1)一般现在时：there is/are

　　(2)一般过去时：there was/were
