Part Ⅰ Writing ( 30 minutes )(第一套)
Directions : For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a letter to a foreign friend who wants to learn Chinese. Please recommend a place to him. You should write at least 120words but no more than 180words.
试题分析：
2019年连续两次出现应用文，这可能让长期将备考重点放在议论文上的同学茫然无措。所以备考时应全面掌握各种文体的写法。
此次作文考题与2014年6月类似，要求考生向外国朋友推荐一处学习英语的地方。全文可按如下思路完成。第一段：对于外国朋友的想法表示赞同，并标明写信目的。第二段：举出推荐城市，并简单说明理由，理由要具体，清晰。第三段：表示希望对方采纳意见，并祝愿。
另外要注意书信格式。
参考范文如下：
Dear Smith,
I am so glad that you are interested in Chinese. In contemporary world, Chinese is playing a more and more important role in international communication, and I am writing this letter to tell you the ideal place to learn Chinese.
In my experience, I strongly recommend that you should study Chinese in Beijing. First of all, Beijing is the capital of China and most people there speak standard Mandarin, which can provide you with a good language environment and make the process of learning Chinese more easy. Secondly, in Beijing there are numerous foreign students, from whom you can learn a lot of experience. Last but not least, in Beijing you can learn about the splendid Chinese culture, which will make you have a comprehensive understanding of Chinese.
