for lloyd nickson, a 54-year-old darwin residentsuffering from lung cancer, the nt rights of terminallyill law means he can get on with living without thehaunting fear of his suffering: a terrifying deathfrom his breathing condition.

点睛：本句的主干为the nt rights of terminally i11 lawmeans..。句首的for lloyd nickson，a 54-year-old darwin resident suffering from lung cancer作句子的状语，其中a 54-year-old darwin resident suffering from lung cancer为lloyd nickson的同位语。本句的宾语是一个从句：he can get on with living without the haunting fear of his suffering，而这个宾语从句中冒号后的a terrifying death from his breathing condition是his suffering的同位语。
