Position: Teachers of Preliminary Courses for TOEFL and IELTS

Responsibilities:

Accomplishing the TTT (Training the Trainers to Train) task package and lesson plan; obtaining a qualified score in IELTS or TOEFL tests;

Teaching preliminary courses for IELTS and TOEFL, including vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation;

Attending teaching seminars on a regular basis to better taught content and ensure the improvement in students' learning outcome;

Taking part in all the training courses in relation to teaching methodology to enhance all-round teaching skills and abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above from well-known universities nationwide or worldwide; high proficiency in English (TEM8 or higher language qualifications);

Remarkable skills of communication;

Passion for English teaching; recognition of education training industry; corporate identity of New Oriental School;

Adept at team work;

Overseas experience (study, course trip, exchange or work) is preferable.

Compensation and benefits:

An annual salary of above￥120,000;

Five insurance and one fund; group travel; annual physical examination; statutory annual holiday and merit pay.
