45秒不长，但是对于参加托福考试的同学来说，有的时候45秒可真是度日如年，因为在答独立口语的45的时候，很多时候搜肠刮肚，绞尽脑汁也说不出来什么东西。秋天来了，为了大家在今年年底能够面对题目的时候更有得说，好老师从两个方面帮助大家，一个是从思路方面，一个是从内容方面。今儿东方君先跟大家分享几个常见的思路。

思路A：对比对照的思路

首先看这个题目：

Students often like to eat fast foods, especially when they are fairly busy. Can you tell us the advantages and disadvantages of eating fast foods?

首先我们说说优势，在你脑海中反应出来的第一个快餐的优势是啥?大部分同学反应出来的应该就是快捷省时，不错，确实是这样呢，但是怎么展开说明呢?你可以先给自己计时20秒左右，看看能不能中文或者英文说满。

所以，你说满时间了么?

如果你没说满，请看看好老师这个段落。

The fast foods can save much time. Taking myself for example, if I eat my lunch in a fast food restaurant, usually it may cost me around 15 mins to finish my meal. However, if I eat my lunch in a non fast food restaurant, sometimes I may have to spend around 45 mins to finish. It's really time-wasting for me.

好老师这里充满20秒的技巧就是对比论证，这个思路是你可以展开自己想法的选项之一。类似的思路好老师再聚个例证：

Do you agree or disagree with the statement that nowadays young people know better about the world events than their parents were young.

假设说同意，其中一个观点是young people have wider horizons. 那么好老师展开自己的论述的方式大概是这样的：

Young people have wider horizons. Actually nearly all my friends' parents graduated from the domestic universities. However, nowadays many young students have the overseas study background; they study in America, Britain, Australia and so on. Their horizons tend to be wider.
